如何正确认清新形势下高校基层团支部工作的目标和重要性,如何更好地服务于经济建设中心,主动适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,是高校共青团工作者应该认真思考的问题。为此必须深层次地分析高校基层团支部的现状及其发展趋势,从而探讨对策,切实加强高校基层团支部的建设基层。本文通过对基层团支部建设的相关情况进行调研,在分析高校基层团支部工作现状基础上,探索增强基层团支部的活力和凝聚力的有效举措。
How to correctly recognize the goal and importance of the work of grassroots league branch under the new situation and how to better serve the economic construction center and take the initiative to adapt to the needs of the development of socialist market economy are the problems which the Communist Youth League workers in colleges and universities should seriously consider. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply analyze the status quo and development trend of grassroots league branches in colleges and universities to explore countermeasures to strengthen the grassroots league headquarters. Based on the research on the construction of grassroots league branches, this paper explores the effective measures to enhance the vitality and cohesion of grassroots league branches based on the analysis of the status quo of grassroots league branches.
