目的对河北承德、涞源两个贫困县中小学生血清维生素D水平与年龄、身高的相关性进行分析。方法 2014年9月,采用分层抽样的方法抽取承德县、涞源县中小学生720名(男生364名,女生356名),采用串联质谱法测定血清25-羟基维生素D的含量。结果两县中小学生(6~16岁)血清维生素D的均值为(16.59±5.21)ng/ml,血清维生素D不足及缺乏的比例高达74.7%(538例);在中小学生(6~16岁)范围内,年龄与血清维生素D含量成负相关(r=-0.430,P<0.01),调整年龄、性别两个因素之后,血清维生素D浓度与身高无相关性(P>0.05)。结论河北承德、涞源两县中小学生血清维生素D水平普遍较低,且随着年龄的增长呈下降趋势,血清维生素D水平与身高无必然联系。河北贫困地区中小学生营养状况应引起高度重视;政府需进一步加强中小学生营养改善和干预措施。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum vitamin D levels and age and height of primary and secondary school students in two impoverished counties of Chengde and Laiyuan in Hebei Province. Methods In September 2014, 720 students (364 males and 356 females) from primary and secondary schools in Chengde County and Laiyuan County were sampled by stratified sampling, and the content of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in serum was determined by tandem mass spectrometry. Results The average serum vitamin D level was 16.59 ± 5.21 ng / ml in primary and secondary school students (6-16 years old), 74.7% (538 cases) in primary and secondary school students (6-16 years old) (R = -0.430, P <0.01). There was no correlation between serum vitamin D concentration and height (P> 0.05) after adjustment for age and gender. Conclusion The levels of serum vitamin D in primary and secondary school students in Chengde and Laiyuan counties in Hebei Province are generally low and declining with age. There is no necessary relationship between serum vitamin D level and height. The nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in poverty-stricken areas in Hebei should be given high priority. The government needs to further improve the nutrition improvement and intervention measures for primary and secondary school students.
