长跑运动是考核运动员耐力与速度的田径运动项目,需要运动员不断进行训练,具备良好的心肺功能、身体素质与心理素质。尤其是在中学阶段,进行周期训练和心理调节对学生身体素质和运动水平的提升大有裨益。对此,本文将从中学生长跑运动员周期训练安排和中学生长跑运动员赛前心理调节方法两个层面来分析中学生长跑运动员的运动训练突破策略,以供参考。
Long-distance running is an athletic track and field program that examines endurance and speed of athletes. Athletes are required to continuously train and have good cardio and pulmonary functions, physical and psychological qualities. Especially in the middle school stage, carrying out cyclical training and psychological adjustment can greatly help students improve their physical fitness and sports performance. In this regard, this article will analyze the middle school students long distance runners from the training cycle and the middle school students long distance runners psychological training methods to analyze the training strategy for reference.
