自卫生部、公安部、中国红十字会等联合发红总字[1987]第2号文《关于开展群众性卫生救护训练的通知》以来,全国大约有350万人接受了心肺复苏初级救生(CPR—BLS)培训。这将推动我国急救知识的迅速普及。但就目前而言,心肺复苏初级救生技术在市民中的普及率、一些从事特殊工程人员所掌握的急救知识与先进国家相比相差甚远,工作流动性强、较易在现场接触危重病伤员的救护车驾驶员、交通警和大学生等,还未接受系统的正规的急救培训。本文将1995年以来,我们将868名上述人员如何培训成合格的初级EMT(初级急诊医疗技术员)的经验介绍如下:
Since the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Public Security, the Chinese Red Cross Society and other joint red-letter headings [1987] No. 2 “Notice on the Implementation of Mass Health Care Training”, about 3.5 million people have received primary rescue for cardiopulmonary resuscitation ( CPR-BLS) training. This will promote the rapid popularization of first aid knowledge in China. However, at present, the prevalence of primary life-saving techniques for cardiopulmonary resuscitation among the general public and the knowledge of first-aid personnel engaged in special engineering work are far from those of advanced countries. The work flow is strong and it is easier to contact the critically ill on the spot. The ambulance drivers, traffic police, and university students have yet to receive regular first-aid training. This article will describe the experience of 868 of the aforementioned personnel trained as qualified primary EMTs (primary emergency medical technicians) since 1995:
