我們按K.E.Gronkvist氏法以乙二胺四乙酸二鈉鹽测定鹼式水楊酸鉍注射液,方法簡單,結果也較滿意,今介紹如下: 精密吸取經充分混和后檢品2—3ml置100ml燒杯內,以氯仿4ml洗吸管2次,每次各2ml,一併洗至燒杯內,加入稀鹽酸20ml,加热攪拌1—2分鐘,使混悬液全部被破坏,冷却,滴加20%氫氧化鈉溶液至初显稳定白色沉淀为止(pH約为2),加水稀釋至約50ml,加硫脲1g,攪拌溶解使成黄色絡合物,再加隣笨二甲酸氢鉀0.5g为緩冲剂,攪拌溶解后加入甲紫指示剂二滴,以0.05M乙二胺四乙酸鈉液滴定至溶液变黄綠色时,加氯仿2ml,繼续以乙二胺四乙酸鈉液滴至氯仿層呈鮮明藍紫色即为終点。每ml乙二胺四乙酸鈉相当于10.45mg鉍。經与
