目的:探讨改良格栅样光凝在治疗非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿中的疗效。方法:非增殖型糖尿病黄斑水肿患者29例45眼,应用氟绿激光,距中心凹颞侧500μm呈“C”形光凝2~3排,光斑直径100μm;在其外围水肿区域采用200μm直径光斑,光凝反应见到局部组织出现灰白斑;存在灶性渗漏的进行局灶性光凝。随访视力和黄斑水肿吸收情况,并分析治疗前视力的差异是否影响疗效。结果:治疗前视力≤0.1和>0.1的两组在治疗后视力均得到提高;黄斑水肿吸收19眼(42.2%)。结论:改良格栅样光凝治疗非增殖型糖尿病黄斑水肿的疗效确切;对于治疗前视力较差者,激光治疗依然有效。“,”Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified grid laser photocoagulation(MGLP) for the treatment of macularedema associated with non -proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR). Methods:MGLP was applied to 45 eyes in 29 patients. 2 to 3 rows of laser spots with diameter of 100μm were applied to the area more than 500 μm from the centre of the macular in “C” type. Then 200μm spots spread 200μm apart from each other are applied throughout all remaining areas of retinal thickening. In areas of focal leakage, additional focal spots were applied. The visual acuity and the change of macular edema were followed - up. We also compared the treatment effect according to the baseline visual acuity. Results: Statistical analysis revealed a benefit from MGLP regardless of the level of acuity at baseline. Total macular edema resolution occurred in 19 eyes (42. 2%). Conclusions:MGLP is an effecacious treatment for the macular edema associated with NPDR. There is a benefit resulting from laser therapy regardless the baseline visual acuity.
