患者，女，26岁。1996年l月23日凌晨家属发现患者昏睡在地，唤醒后头痛剧烈伴呕吐，无二便失禁、抽搐等症状。既往无类似发作史。检查：痛苦面容，燥动不安，心、肺、腹未见异常。颅神经未见异常，无定位体征，病理征（－），脑膜刺激征（＋），颈强。轻度异常脑电图。初诊为散 Patient, female, 26 years old. 1996 年 1 月 23 early in the morning found that the families of patients sleeping in bed, wake up severe headache with vomiting, no incontinence, convulsions and other symptoms.
