针对水电调度运行易受预测来水和负荷需求不确定性、调度关系复杂性、约束条件多样性等制约,介绍了基于知识推理的水电调度的技术解决方法。该方法建立了增量式调度知识库,采用了基于知识推理的规则匹配和智能模型方法,制订了水电在线调度方案。以葛洲坝水电站为例进行验证,结果表明该方法具有结果透明、实用、智能、快捷等特征。
In view of the fact that the hydropower dispatching operation is easily affected by the uncertainty of expected water demand and load demand, the complexity of the dispatching relationship and the diversity of constraints, the technical solution of hydropower dispatching based on knowledge reasoning is introduced. This method establishes an incremental scheduling knowledge base, uses rule matching and intelligent model based on knowledge reasoning, and formulates a hydropower online scheduling scheme. Taking Gezhouba Hydropower Station as an example, the results show that this method has the characteristics of being transparent, practical, intelligent and quick.
