在对发电企业特种设备安全管理现状分析的基础上,根据核电项目特种设备安全管理需求,建立基于“二维码”应用的核电项目特种设备安全管理模式。通过手持终端即时共享整合特种设备生产单位、进厂时间、使用单位、检验机构、检验时间、维保记录、安全监管部门、监督记录等各个环节的信息,为特种设备安全监督部门开展特种设备安全监督提供依据,有利于实现特种设备信息化,保障特种设备、特种作业人员安全。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of special equipment safety management in power generation enterprises, a special equipment safety management mode for nuclear power projects based on “two-dimensional code ” application was established according to the requirements of special equipment safety management of nuclear power projects. The special equipment safety supervision department shall carry out the special equipment safety by integrating the information of the special equipment production units, the time of entering the factory, the units used, the inspection agency, the inspection time, the maintenance records, the safety regulatory authorities and the supervision records through the handheld terminals. Provide the basis for supervision, is conducive to the realization of special equipment information, protection of special equipment, special operations personnel safety.
