采用10.6μmCW CO_2激光引发Fe(CO)-5/SF_6体系制备链球状纯铁超细磁粉,反应气体凝聚成核时经过一个直流定向磁场,以提高粉体的各向异性,与蒸发凝缩法制备纯Fe磁粉的成核条件相比,激光热解法可以取得更大的制备压力范围和更高的产率。
The ultra-fine spherical iron powder was prepared by the Fe (CO) -5 / SF_6 system initiated by 10.6μm CW CO_2 laser. When the reaction gas coalesced and nucleated, a direct current oriented magnetic field was applied to improve the anisotropy of the powder. Preparation of pure Fe magnetic nucleation conditions compared to the laser pyrolysis can achieve greater pressure range and higher production yield.
