本文对1991-2011年肉牛养殖投入要素的变动情况进行了分析,并运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和残差法相结合来分析各投入要素对肉牛单产增长的贡献率,结果表明,精饲料投入数量对肉牛单产增长的贡献最大,其次是仔畜重量,最后是其他费用,用工天数对肉牛单产增长影响不明显.
