本文对中小企业ZB公司的人力资源管理现状进行了分析研究,从国内外人力资源管理模式入手,分析国内外中小企业人力资源管理现状,提出适应该公司长远发展的人力资源管理模式,即以专业的人力资源管理部门为主导,创建以优质薪酬与科学绩效为吸引并留住人才的主要手段,以多元化培训与企业文化为有力保障的“管理技术+组织文化”的人力资源管理模式。
