对相同规格的7050-T7452铝合金锻件进行不同的热处理,通过拉伸力学性能测试,对比研究了双级时效对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,T7452状态的7050铝合金的力学性能与时效参数有关,在标准要求的范围内,随一次时效时间延长,抗拉强度和屈服强度明显提高,伸长率降低;随二次时效时间的延长和温度的提高,抗拉强度和屈服强度降低,伸长率提高。本研究对实际生产中制定合理的热处理工艺参数具有指导作用。
Different heat treatments of 7050-T7452 aluminum alloy forgings with the same specifications were carried out. The tensile mechanical properties of the forgings were tested and the effects of two-stage aging on the mechanical properties of the alloys were compared. The results show that the mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum alloy in T7452 state are related to the aging parameters. Within the scope of the standard requirements, the tensile strength and yield strength of the 7050 aluminum alloy with T7452 state are significantly increased and the elongation decreases with the aging time. With the secondary aging time Elongation and temperature increase, tensile strength and yield strength decreased, elongation increased. This study can guide the development of reasonable heat treatment process parameters in the actual production.
