EGR(废气再循环)系统是汽车尾气净化处理技术之一,成本低廉,工艺简单。简要介绍了市场上钎焊EGR冷却器选用的钎焊合金材料类型,以及探讨各种合金材料的优劣点,并重点展望铁基合金材料在EGR领域的应用前景。结果表明:铜基合金钎料因耐腐蚀性能差、可靠性差等原因,已经被EGR行业淘汰。镍基合金因优异的耐腐蚀、高强度等性能,目前在EGR行业广泛使用。铁基合金材料性能优异,耐腐蚀好、耐宽焊缝间隙、润湿性好、强度高、外观美、成本低廉平稳、性价比极高,能够满足EGR冷却器的性能要求,具有替代镍基合金的战略发展潜力。
EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) system is one of the vehicle exhaust purification technology, low cost, simple process. The types of brazing alloy materials selected for brazing EGR cooler on the market are briefly introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of various alloy materials are discussed. The application prospects of iron-based alloy materials in EGR are also discussed. The results show that the copper alloy brazing alloy has been eliminated by the EGR industry because of poor corrosion resistance and poor reliability.
