摘要目的评价磁化传递成像在测量和监测单侧肾动脉狭窄小鼠肾纤维化进展中的应用。材料与方法该前瞻性研究由机构动物保护和使用委员会批准。10例完成肾动脉狭窄手术,5例完成假手术,并在基线和手术后2、4、6周在体对狭窄侧和对侧肾脏进行纵向研究。16.4 T MRI检查之后,测量磁化传递率作为纤维化的指标(参数选择参照前期模型研究)。此外,肾体积、灌注、血流量和氧合指标也要评估。随后离体采用组织学分析和羟脯氨酸测定来测量纤维化。采用Wilcoxon秩和或符号秩检验进行组间或组内的统计学比较,
Abstract Objective To evaluate the application of magneto-transfer imaging in the measurement and monitoring of renal fibrosis in unilateral renal artery stenosis in mice. Materials and Methods This prospective study was approved by the Institutional Animal Protection and Use Committee. Ten patients underwent renal artery stenosis and five underwent sham surgery. Longitudinal studies of the stenotic and contralateral kidneys were performed at baseline and at 2, 4 and 6 weeks after surgery. 16.4 T MRI After magnetization transmissibility was measured as an indicator of fibrosis (parameter selection is based on previous model studies).
