甜菜根产量、含糖率和产糖量是甜菜育种最重要的经济性状,而且都同属数量性状。对这些数量性状必须用数量遗传学的研究方法——数理统计的方法来加以研究。在甜菜杂种优势育种中,至关重要的是创造优良的亲本材料,和选用适当的亲本材料来配制杂优组合,以获得最佳杂种优势效果用于生产。然而,如何正确地选用亲本,需要分析研究亲本的某些遗传参数,探讨其数量遗传规律,对选用的亲本进行全面估计,以便选育出最佳杂种优势组合。因此,分析这些遗传参数是十分必要的。本研究的目的,就在于应用同亲回归分析的方法,探讨了单果型甜菜主要经济性状的某些遗传参数。
Beet root yield, sugar content and sugar content are the most important economic traits of sugar beet breeding, and all belong to quantitative traits. The quantitative traits must be studied using methods of quantitative genetics-mathematical statistics. In beet hybrid breeding, it is crucial to create good parental materials and to use appropriate parental materials to formulate combinations of heterosis to obtain the best heterosis for production. However, how to select the parents correctly, we need to analyze and study some genetic parameters of the parents, discuss the genetic laws of the numbers, and make a comprehensive estimation of the selected parents in order to breed the best combination of heterosis. Therefore, the analysis of these genetic parameters is very necessary. The purpose of this study is to explore the genetic parameters of the main economic traits of single-fruit sugar beet by using the method of cousin regression analysis.
