本文以一个设想的经济实体为事例，系统地论述了在复杂的经济决策环境中，决策者们关心而又困惑的决策问题和有关的决策技术．并简便介绍了用智能决策支持系统（ＰＯＩＤＳＳ）解决这些问题的技术和方法．
This paper uses a hypothetical economic entity as an example to systematically discuss the decision-making issues that policymakers are concerned with and confused about in a complex economic decision-making environment and related decision-making techniques. The techniques and methods of solving these problems with the Intelligent Decision Support System (POIDSS) are briefly introduced.
