铣槽加工是大型航天火箭喷管制造中的关键工序。根据零件的各自特点 ,开发和研制了不同的铣槽加工方法。对于具有不均匀壁厚和较大误差外型面的直槽大型喷管 ,采用数控仿形和数字化补偿加工技术。对于具有多种母线轮廓的等倾角 (螺旋线切线与母线的切线成定角 )螺旋槽喷管 ,采用四轴联动的数控加工。以上两种加工方法的控制系统和机床已经交付使用 ,性能稳定可靠 ,解决了航天领域制造技术中的一项难题。
