依据国家交通运输部文件《公路桥梁和隧道工程施工安全风险评估指南》以及有关隧道施工事故组织文件,结合三淅高速公路卢氏至西坪段豹子岔隧道的实际情况,从该工程的建设规模、地质环境条件、结构特点等孕险环境与致险因子,采用风险矩阵法对辨识出的重大风险源进行风险源(洞口失稳风险)评估,得到该隧道风险事故发生的可能性及严重程度。依照事故发生的可能性、事故后果严重程度两个因素建立风险矩阵表,将风险等级分为四级,并绘制风险分布图。根据风险源评估结果,有针对性的提出重大风险源控制措施并进行实施。有助于施工企业制定监控管理措施和方案,有效降低事故发生频率、提高施工工程效益,确保施工企业的可持续发展。
According to the document of the State Ministry of Transport, “Guidelines for Safety Risk Assessment of Construction of Highway Bridges and Tunnels” and organization documents related to tunnel construction accidents, combined with the actual conditions of the Leopard-Lhasa Tunnel from Lushi to Xiping in Sanliu Expressway, from the construction scale, Geo-environmental conditions, structure characteristics and other risk factors of pregnancy insurance risk. Risk matrix method was used to assess the risk source (failure risk of hole) of the identified major risk sources, and the possibility and severity of the risk accidents of the tunnel were obtained. According to the possibility of accidents, the severity of the consequences of the accident to establish two risk matrix, the risk level is divided into four, and draw the risk profile. According to the evaluation results of risk sources, we put forward and implemented the control measures of major risk sources in a targeted manner. It is helpful for construction enterprises to formulate monitoring and control measures and plans, effectively reduce the frequency of accidents, improve the efficiency of construction projects and ensure the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
