目的:研究玉米须总黄酮(totle flavone ofZea MaysL,ZMLF)对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂和血液流变学指标的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠60只随机分为5组,正常对照组喂普通饲料,其他各组喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型,各组按规定预防给药40 d后测定血清血脂水平及血液流变学指标。结果:ZMLF能明显降低高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(apoB100)水平(P<0.05),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(apoAⅠ)含量和apoAⅠ/apoB100比值(P<0.05);全血低、中、高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞刚性指数(IER)、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)显著降低(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数(IED)升高(P<0.05)。结论:ZMLF能预防高脂饮食引起的脂代谢紊乱及血液流变学指标的异常变化。
Objective: To study the effect of total flavonoids (totle flavone of Zea mays L, ZMLF) on blood lipid and hemorheology in hyperlipidemia model rats. Methods: 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. The normal control group was fed with normal feed. The other groups were fed with high-fat diet to establish a hyperlipidemia model. The serum lipid levels were measured after 40 days in each group. Hemorheology index. RESULTS: ZMLF significantly reduced the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoprotein B100 (apoB100) in hyperlipidemia rats (P<0.05). Increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein AI (apoAI) content, and apoAI/apoB100 ratio (P<0.05); whole blood low, medium, and high cut viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit (HCT ), erythrocyte rigidity index (IER), red blood cell aggregation index (IEA) decreased significantly (P <0.05), red blood cell deformation index (IED) increased (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: ZMLF can prevent abnormal changes in lipid metabolism and hemorheological parameters caused by high-fat diets.
