2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(以下简称2,4-D)纯品在常温下为白色结晶,熔点140-141℃,广泛地应于柑橘的贮藏保鲜。经研究表明,该物质会诱发膀胱癌,在西方发达国家应用受到限制,并加强了对水果中2,4-D的监控。柑橘中2,4-D通常采用液相色谱(HPLC)测定。本文采用以三氟化硼乙醚络盐-甲醇作酸性催化剂,使2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸转变为2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸甲酯,然后进行气相色谱测定。该法用于柑橘果实中2,4-D的含量测定尚未见报道。
