基于系统与控制理论,通过分析组织间知识转移过程及知识转移对各主体知识存量的影响,运用系统动力学的方法分析组织间知识转移的因果关系和行为演化特性,在此基础上构建知识转移演化的系统动力学模型,并采用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真。通过对仿真模型的有效性和灵敏度的验证分析,表明该模型能够较好的对组织间的知识转移演化过程进行拟合,揭示组织间知识转移的特性及机理,为组织制定知识转移策略提供理论依据和指导。计算机仿真模型的构建与运行为研究组织间知识转移机制提供一种有效的手段和方法。
