多年以来,在致病微生物的各种实验室中,污染环境,实验人员受染的事故时有发生。因此微生物实验室的安全防护已构成了开展致病微生物特别是为开展对传染性大毒性强,难以防治的和没有完全认识的新病原体的研究,其中包括某些基因工程微生物的研究工作的先决条件。所以,近年来世界各国卫生部门根据微生物的种类,传染性、试验内容和操作方式要求其必须在相应级别的实验室内进行工作。世界卫生组织曾出版了《实验室的防护和分类》(1979)、《实验室安全防护指南》(1980)、《实验室生物安全手册》等权威性出版物。本刊
Over the years, in various laboratories of pathogenic microorganisms, accidents that pollute the environment and in which experimenters are infected have occurred from time to time. Therefore, the safety of microbial laboratories has led to the development of pathogenic microorganisms, especially for the development of highly infectious, difficult to control and not fully recognized new pathogens, including some of the genetic engineering of microbiological research priority condition.
