在社会主义市场经济体制下,我们的一切活动都是围绕创造价值、实现利润最大化这一根本目标而展开的。因此,档案工作发展的内部动力应该源于为本单位的价值创造活动服务,从而为实现利润最大化服务。因此,在社会经济迅猛发展的今天,档案管理工作创新是当务之急。本文笔者通过分析档案管理创新的必要性,提出了档案管理应如何进行创新的相关发展思路。 Under the socialist market economic system, all our activities are centered around the fundamental goal of creating value and maximizing profits. Therefore, the internal motivation for the development of the archives work should come from serving the value creation activities of the unit and thus maximizing profit. Therefore, in the rapid development of social economy, the innovation of archives management is a top priority. Through analyzing the necessity of file management innovation, the author of this paper puts forward the relevant development ideas of how file management should be innovated.
