目的了解厂房内外电焊过程中产生的职业病危害因素的情况,为电焊机操作人员职业卫生防护提供参考意见。方法通过现场职业卫生检测、现场职业卫生学调查及使用SPSS17.0 for Windows软件进行分析。结果 33台电焊机在使用过程中氮氧化物、一氧化碳浓度较低,而电焊烟尘、紫外辐射、噪声等职业病危害因素浓(强)度较高,超标比较严重。结论电焊机操作过程中产生的电焊烟尘、紫外辐射、噪声等职业病危害因素是防护的重点。
Objective To understand the occupational hazard factors in the process of welding both inside and outside the factory and to provide reference for the occupational health protection of electric welding machine operators. Methods The field occupational health testing, on-site occupational hygiene investigation and analysis using SPSS17.0 for Windows software were conducted. Results 33 sets of welding machine in the process of nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide concentration is low, and welding fumes, ultraviolet radiation, noise and other occupational hazards higher concentration (strong), exceeding the more serious. Conclusion The occupational disease hazard factors such as welding dust, UV radiation and noise generated during the operation of the welding machine are the key points of protection.
