针对采煤机用变频器承受振动加速度5 gn和冲击加速度50 gn的目标,在满足最大振动力和冲击力的基础上,运用三维软件设计符合标准试验台使用的夹具体,依据振动试验和冲击试验技术要求,对结构焊接强度和螺钉抗拉强度进行校核,为矿用机载设备振动和冲击试验提供一套夹具设计技术方案。
