返利销售是企业为了扩大销售,从自己的经营利益出发,采取各种形式,按约定的条件(如协议、合同)向购买方返还货币、货物或其它经济利益的一种销售或促销方式.一般情况下,商业企业销售的商品数量越多,供货厂方给予的返利补偿也越多,商业企业以较低的进销差价率或以等于甚至低于进价的价格销售供货厂方供应的商品,其减少的盈利或形成的亏损由供货厂方按约定条件以返利的形式予以补偿.返利主要有现金、实物、价格折让等三种形式.
