我科在22例胰十二指肠切除术后患者的治疗中,应用了胃造瘘、空肠造瘘管,早期肠内营养,该法在改善患者体质,预防呼吸道并发症,治疗胃排空障碍和减轻患者经济负担方面,收到了良好效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:2003年7月至2010年2月我科收治十二指肠癌患者1例,为男性,年龄为55岁;胰头癌12例,其中男性7例,女性5例,年龄40～76岁;胆管中下段癌5例,
