It has taken nearly 10 years now for the first time to ominously rise from the ominous rumble of the global financial crisis that destroyed people’s trust in business, despite all sorts of goodwill and top-down efforts during that period to restore people’s confidence. Business leaders need to set the tone for how their businesses operate and grow. It seems to me always a good sign if they have enough faith to publicly shout that they have succeeded in creating a positive culture. But what I’m more worried about is that public intervention by CEOs will make the situation worse, not better. Edelman, the public relations firm recently released the latest "Edelman letter
