The role of oxygen free radicals in vivo pathogenesis has gradually been recognized. Therefore, the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) as an oxygen free radical scavenger in vivo during the development and progression of the disease, and the application of exogenous SOD in the treatment of diseases have received extensive attention. In this paper, the content of copper-zinc-superoxide dismutase (SOD-1) in whole blood of patients with uremia treated by subcutaneous maintenance hemodialysis (HD) was tested by radioimmunoassay in order to explore the effects of oxygen free radical and The significance of SOD-1 in uremic disease and the influence of HD. Materials and methods 1. uremia group: 6 cases, 3 cases of male and female. Age 37 ~
