青少年犯罪问題已成为社会各界人士十分关切的问题。青少年犯罪人数占社会犯罪人数的比例是多少,在校学生犯罪人数占整个社会犯罪人数的比例有多大,在校学生犯罪人数在青少年犯罪总人数中占多大比例,不同学历的在校学生犯罪呈现什么特点,在校学生犯罪的主要原因是什么,治理在校学生犯罪的切实有效的措施有哪些。为了弄清以上问题,笔者对云南省在校学生1983——1992十年间的在校学生刑事犯罪中的盗窃、抢劫、强奸、伤害、抢夺、流氓、杀人等七种主要类型的案件统计情况作了系统的调查分析,企图从中发现云南省在校学生犯罪的一般规律,希望能对从事法制工作的同志和广大学校教育工作者有所启发。
The problem of juvenile delinquency has become a matter of great concern to all walks of life in the community. What is the proportion of juvenile delinquency to the number of social offenders? What is the proportion of school-age criminals in the total number of social offenders? What percentage of school-age criminals accounts for the total number of juvenile delinquents? Students with different academic qualifications are criminally represented What characteristics, what are the main reasons for the students in school crime, what are the effective measures to control students in school crime. In order to clarify the above problems, the author analyzes the statistics of the seven major types of cases of theft, robbery, rape, injury, snatch, hooliganism and murder of school-aged students in Yunnan Province during the decade of 1983-1992 The systematic investigation and analysis attempt to find out the general rules of crimes committed by students in Yunnan Province and hope that they can inspire the comrades engaged in legal work and the majority of school educators.
