《领导科学》第3、4期刊登了罗絮同志写的“领导者怎样‘保乌纱’”的文章,这两篇文章粗看起来觉得很有道理,但细细品尝觉得似乎不太对味。罗文中提出的三种方法,给人以耍权术的感觉,特别是用“迂迴”的办法对待矛盾,实在不足取。试想面对送礼这种不正之风,怕因得罪一个人而得罪一些人从而不敢公开斗争、公开拒绝和曝光,要曝光也只能在“风气较好的单位和地区”,这种明哲保身、“和稀泥”的工作方法和作风,作为一个要干一番事业的领导者来说,
