“一带一路”是我国经济走出国门的重大政治与经济战略决策。它依靠中国与有关国家既有的双多边机制,借助既有的、行之有效的区域合作平台,旨在借用古代“丝绸之路”的历史符号,高举和平发展的旗帜,主动地发展与沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系,共同打造政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体。“一带一路”于律师业而言,有两方面关联:其一是作为市场经济主体的响应,其二是服务内容与模式的响应。吃透中央宏伟蓝图,并加以有效响应,对律师业来讲是个考验性的重要命题。笔者从广东律师的角度,提出响应“一带一路”宏伟蓝图的紧跟战略。
“Belt and Road” is a major political and economic strategic decision for China’s economy to go abroad. It relies on the existing dual multilateral mechanisms between China and other countries concerned and takes the existing and effective platform for regional cooperation to borrow the historical symbols of the ancient Silk Road and hold high the banner of peaceful development and take the initiative to develop And economic cooperation partnership with other countries along the route to jointly create a community of mutual interest, economic integration and cultural tolerance, a community of destiny and a community of responsibility. As for the lawyer industry, there are two aspects related: one is the response as the main body of the market economy, and the other is the response of service contents and modes. Having a thorough understanding of the grand blueprint of the Central Government and responding effectively is an experimental and important proposition for lawyers. From the perspective of lawyers in Guangdong, the author proposes a strategy of keeping up with the grand blueprint of “One Belt and One Road”.
