应用试管凝集法（TAT）及间接免疫荧光抗体法（IFA）进行嗜肺军团菌LP1、LP2、LP6、LP8～LP10、Lp12、LP14、米克达德军团菌及博杰曼军团菌3个种群10个血清型的检测。TAT法10例诊断为阳性，阳性率为15．3％，IFA法有8例确诊为军团菌感染，阳性率12．3％。此8例用TAT法检查均阳性。两种方法具有较好一致性，总符合率96．6％。全部阳性病例均用红霉素治疗，疗效较好。
Three populations of Legionella pneumophila LP1, LP2, LP6, LP8-LP10, Lp12, LP14, Legionella pneumophila and Legionella pneumophila were immunized with TAT and IFA Detection of 10 serotypes. TAT method 10 cases were diagnosed as positive, the positive rate was 15.3%, IFA law 8 cases were diagnosed as Legionella infection, the positive rate of 12.3%. The 8 cases were positive by TAT test. The two methods have good consistency, with a total compliance rate of 96.6%. All positive cases were treated with erythromycin, the effect is better.
