目前除个别单位是自己装配高频设备外,大部分是购买北京广播器材厂(以下简称“北广”)的100kw高频设备,然后加以改进,作为焊接钢管之用。电气线路均按苏联ЛГ3-100和ЛГ3-200高频感应加热电路设计,其参数略有更改。根据几年来的运行,在实际生产过程中证实,凡是功率不大于200kw的高频设备,都可从“北广”购买,然后加以改装,效果良好。具体改进如下: (一)整流系统的改进: 原“北广”生产之100kw高频设备,其整流部分采用七只闸流管(ZG_16/15),灯丝变压器共用一个初级绕组,原设计非常紧凑,但闸流管的周围温度很高,从而引起逆弧;初组绕组共用的变压器,对于闸流管灯丝电压个别调
