本工作建立了记录小肠内在反射的方法,并观察了电离辐射对它的影响。发现豚鼠全身照射丙线1000 rad后4天小肠内液体增多,腔内压明显增高,但离体肠管对压力刺激的反应变化不大,表明照后小肠压力反射本身无明显改变;照后离体肠管对盐酸和蒜液的反应明显增高,对5-HT的反应变化不大,以上结果提示照后早期小肠运动功能增强与肠腔内压增高和部分化学性内感受器敏感性增高及其内在反射增强有关。
