本文研究了采用五种不同制种料培养姬松茸(Agaricus biazei Murvill)菌种的生物学效率(产量)与菌丝生长速度、平均单朵重,子实体始菇期,子实体个数及污染串的关系。结果表明,生物学效率与菌丝生长速度、平均单朵重的相关性不显著,而与子实体始菇期、子实体个数。污染率的相关性达显著或极显著水平。五种制种料以稻草最好,稻草种发菌快,封面快,不易污染杂菌,成活率达100%,出菇早,生物学效率达40.67%,其次为木屑种及棉籽壳种。
In this paper, the biological efficiency (yield) and mycelial growth rate of Agaricus biazei Murvill were studied using five different materials.
