南京轨交D3-TA04标工程采用φ11.57 m大直径泥水气压平衡盾构施工。介绍了泥水气压平衡式盾构在粉细砂地层中更换主驱动密封的施工技术。对于正面土体稳定方法进行了比选,确定采用MJS工法桩预加固的方法,最终顺利完成主驱动密封的更换。这可为今后类似工程提供参考。
Nanjing Rail Transit D3-TA04 standard project using φ11.57 m large diameter mud pressure balancing shield construction. This paper introduces the construction technology of replacing the main drive seal in silty sand formation with mud pressure balancing shield. For the stability of the front soil were compared and selected to determine the use of MJS method pile pre-reinforcement method, the final successful completion of the main drive seal replacement. This can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
