[目的]应用多元线性回归构建广东地县两级疾病预防控制中心(简称CDC)人力资源的测算模型。[方法]对全省地、县CDC按照统一调查表进行普查收集所需信息,根据文献研究筛选12项指标进行多元线性回归分析。[结果]进入地(市)级CDC人员测算多元线性回归模型的自变量包括大专以上人员比例、地域面积、单位收入;进入县(区)级CDC人员测算多元线性回归模型的自变量有单位收入、常住人口数、地域面积、设备达标率、地区性质、大专及以上人员比例。[结论]地、县两级CDC在岗人数均高于测算人数,地(市)级CDC定编人数高于测算人数,县(区)级CDC定编人数低于测算人数。需对CDC原有的人员规模进行调整,以适应疾控工作的需要。
[Objective] To construct the estimation model of human resource of two prefectures CDC in Guangdong by using multivariate linear regression. [Methods] The CDC of prefecture and county, according to the unified questionnaire, collected the necessary information and screened 12 indexes according to the literatures to make multiple linear regression analysis. [Results] The independent variables of multiple linear regression models of CDC personnel entering the prefecture (city) level include the proportion of college staff or above, geographical area and unit income; the independent variable of multiple linear regression model of CDC personnel entering the county (district) level has the unit income , The resident population, geographical area, equipment compliance rate, the nature of the region, college and above ratio. [Conclusions] The number of CDC posts in prefecture and county level is higher than the estimated number. The number of CDCs in prefecture (city) level is higher than the estimated number, and the number of CDCs in county (district) level is lower than the estimated number. CDC need to adjust the size of the original staff to meet the needs of disease control work.
