目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者血流动力学的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年8月湛江市第二人民医院收治的100例CHD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予口服阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、血脂水平[胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]与血流动力学指标[红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞比容(HCT)、每博输出量(SV)、每分输出量(CO)]。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清TC、LDL-C及TG水平均明显低于对照组,而HDL-C水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者ESR及HCT水平均明显低于对照组,而SV与CO水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论与单纯使用阿托伐他汀治疗CHD相比,丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合阿托伐他汀治疗可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者血脂水平、血流动力学,使患者获得良好预后。
Objective To investigate the effects of tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with atorvastatin on hemodynamics in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD). Methods From January 2015 to August 2016, 100 cases of CHD patients admitted to Zhanjiang Second People’s Hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin orally, and patients in the observation group were treated with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate and atorvastatin. The therapeutic effect, the level of blood lipids (TC, LDL-C, TG and HDL-C) and hemodynamic parameters [ESR, HCT, SV, and CO). Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 76.0% of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TC, LDL-C and TG in observation group were significantly lower (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of ESR and HCT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of SV and CO in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group Were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the simple use of atorvastatin in the treatment of CHD, tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with atorvastatin can significantly improve clinical efficacy, improve blood lipid levels, hemodynamics, so that patients with good prognosis.
