根据电动车组辅助电源在线冗余供电方式的特点,研究辅助电源控制方法,并对辅助电源并联运行控制过程进行仿真分析。提出用1个辅助供电单元作为主控单元对电压进行控制,以保证母线电压的稳定;其他供电单元则通过网络得到主控单元给出的电压值,以保证所有供电单元输出的电压幅值一致;采用频率下垂控制方式对相位进行控制。按照提出的控制方法建立逆变电源并联运行仿真模型,采用层次化结构和自顶向下的方法,对逆变电源并联运行的并网和负载变化过程进行仿真,仿真结果和试验结果的对比分析表明,提出的控制方法简洁、合理,能够满足实际车载辅助电源的控制要求。
According to the characteristics of on-line redundant power supply mode of auxiliary power supply of EMU, the control methods of auxiliary power supply are studied, and the simulation analysis of auxiliary power supply parallel operation control process is carried out. It is proposed that one auxiliary power supply unit be used as the main control unit to control the voltage so as to ensure the stability of the bus voltage; the other power supply units obtain the voltage values given by the main control unit through the network, so as to ensure that all the power supply units output the same voltage amplitude ; Use the frequency droop control method to control the phase. According to the proposed control method, the simulation model of parallel operation of the inverter is established. The hierarchical structure and the top-down method are used to simulate the grid-connected and load changing process of the parallel operation of the inverter. The simulation and test results are compared and analyzed It shows that the proposed control method is concise and reasonable and can meet the control requirements of the actual vehicle auxiliary power supply.
