提出了用全息干涉术测量物体表面应变的一种方法。首先由条纹失量理论计算空间应变场,然后应用投影交换关系来求解表面应变。据此测定了电木圆筒和地质结构模型的表面应变。介绍了条纹矢量理论、投影变换矩阵、表面应变计算公式及实验计算实例。结果表明,这种方法能实现对实验测试数据的快速处理,因而对于处理复杂形体表面的微小应变是方便而有效的。
A method of measuring the surface strain of an object by holographic interferometry is proposed. First, the theory of fringe loss is used to calculate the space strain field, and then the projection exchange relationship is used to solve the surface strain. Accordingly, the surface strain of the Bakelite cylinder and the geological structure model was measured. Introduced the fringe vector theory, projection transformation matrix, surface strain calculation formula and experimental calculation examples. The results show that this method can achieve the rapid processing of experimental test data, and thus it is convenient and effective to deal with the small strain on the surface of complex shape.
