目的对杭州市5大水源微生物及相关理化指标进行调查检测,为杭州居民用水安全提供依据。方法 2015年夏季对杭州市5大水源进行微生物及水的p H值、总硬度、溶解氧、COD、BOD、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、菌落总数、总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群进行检测,并进行水质评价。结果杭州市5大水源菌落总数检出值均较高;总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群在钱塘江杭州段检出值较高,京杭大运河杭州段检出值最高;氨氮含量京杭大运河杭州段明显偏高,其他水源较低;亚硝酸盐氮所有水源均较低,硝酸盐氮所有水源均明显偏高。结论杭州市5大水源有不同程度的微生物污染,污染受人类活动影响较为严重。
Objective To investigate and test the five major water sources microorganisms and their related physical and chemical indicators in Hangzhou, and provide the basis for the water safety of Hangzhou residents. Methods The p H values, total hardness, dissolved oxygen, COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, total number of colonies, total coliforms and fecal colon Bacteria were tested and water quality evaluated. Results The total colony counts of the five major water sources in Hangzhou were higher. The total coliforms and fecal coliform were detected higher in the Hangzhou section of Qiantang River and the highest in Hangzhou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The ammonia nitrogen content of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Hangzhou section is obviously higher and other water sources are lower; all water sources of nitrite nitrogen are lower, and all water sources of nitrate nitrogen are obviously higher. Conclusion The five major water sources in Hangzhou have different levels of microbial contamination, and the pollution is more seriously affected by human activities.
