遗传药理学是研究遗传因素对药代动力学和药效动力学的影响的一门学科。药物氧化代谢多态性是遗传药理学研究的一个重要内容。综述近年来有关药物氧化代谢多态性的群体调查及具有氧化代谢多态性的药物的遗传药理学特点，阐明合理用药的意义。
Genetic pharmacology is a discipline that studies the effects of genetic factors on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Metabolic polymorphism of drug metabolism is an important part of genetic pharmacology. This review summarizes the population investigation of the oxidative metabolic polymorphisms of drugs and the genetic pharmacological characteristics of the drugs with oxidative metabolism polymorphisms in recent years to clarify the significance of rational drug use.
