为了实现对中药粉末掺假现象的快速鉴别,有效地控制中药粉末的质量,引入光谱成像分析技术,以中药黄连和黄柏的混合粉末为例进行检测。首先以中国药品生物制品检定所提供的黄连、黄柏对照药材为参照,分别构建黄连和黄柏的光谱成像指纹图谱,进而分析二者指纹图谱的差异,提取特征波段。将质量各为1 g的两种粉末混合,采集混合粉末检品的光谱图像,依据两种中药粉末的光谱特征,采用波段比重构光谱图像,并采用域值法进行图像分类。分类结果实现了对检品的鉴别,同时得到检品的空间分布状态。鉴别结果表明光谱成像分析技术是一项有望解决掺假中药粉末鉴别难题的技术,且检测过程无损、快速。
In order to quickly identify the adulteration phenomenon of traditional Chinese medicine powder and effectively control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine powder, a spectral imaging analysis technique was introduced to detect the mixed powder of Chinese traditional medicine Coptis chinensis and Cortex Phellodendri. Firstly, the fingerprint of Coptis chinensis and Cortex Phellodendri was constructed by referring to Coptis chinensis and Cortex Phellodendri contrast herbs provided by the China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products, and then the fingerprint spectra of Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron chinense were constructed respectively. The two kinds of powders with the mass of 1 g were mixed to collect the spectral images of the mixed powder seized goods. Based on the spectral characteristics of the two traditional Chinese medicine powders, the spectral ratio was reconstructed using wave band ratio, and the image was classified by domain value method. Classification results to achieve the identification of seized goods, at the same time the seizure of the spatial distribution of goods. The identification results show that spectral imaging analysis technology is a promising solution to the identification of adulterated Chinese medicine powder, and the detection process is nondestructive and rapid.
