以自制1,4-二羟基丁烷-2-磺酸钠为亲水单体,聚己二酸己二醇新戊二醇酯(PHNA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和乙二胺(EDA)为原料,采用丙酮法合成了固含量超过50%的PUD(聚氨酯分散体)。研究结果表明:PUD胶膜的断裂伸长率超过1 500%、最大拉伸强度为47.3 MPa,具有高强度、高弹性之特点;PUD胶膜具有良好的热稳定性(起始分解温度超过280℃,490℃完全分解)和耐水性(吸水率低于10%)。
In this paper, 1,4-dihydroxybutane-2-sulfonate as a hydrophilic monomer, polyhexamethylene adipate neopentyl glycol (PHNA), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) 4-butanediol (BDO) and ethylenediamine (EDA) as raw materials, PUD (polyurethane dispersion) with solid content over 50% was synthesized by acetone method. The results show that: the PUD film has an elongation at break of more than 1 500% and a maximum tensile strength of 47.3 MPa, which has the characteristics of high strength and high elasticity; the PUD film has good thermal stability (initial decomposition temperature over 280 ℃, 490 ℃ completely decomposed) and water resistance (water absorption less than 10%).
