为研究应用陡脉冲磁场治疗肿瘤,结合脉冲功率技术和现代电力电子控制技术研制了一套双指数衰减陡脉冲磁场发生器.在概述陡脉冲磁场发生器的基本原理的基础上,详细阐述了其两个主要组成部分陡脉冲形成电路和单匝Helmholtz线圈的具体设计要点和关键研制技术,其磁场磁感应强度幅值(0~1 mT)、脉宽(160 ns~55μs)、重复频率(1 Hz~1 kHz)大范围独立可调,通过选用快速开关器件、减小回路电感等措施提高陡度(上升时间为70~220 ns),通过合理设计Helmholtz线圈结构与尺寸增大磁场均匀区域,该发生器的研制为陡脉冲磁场治疗肿瘤的进一步实验和机理研究奠定了基础.
