With the rapid development of proteomics-related technologies, the study of human diseases has been developed to the molecular level. Tumor is a complex disease involving multiple genes, the final occurrence of which must be achieved by protein. Research on Proteomics has become one of the hot topics in life science today [1]. One of its research methods Flight Time Simple (SELDI) is Nobel Chemistry in 2002
