人力资源管理是企事业单位普遍关心、关注的问题,事关一个单位能否健康良好发展。随着经济的发展和时代的进步,我国大部分事业单位在人力资源管理方面普遍存在模式陈旧、人才流失、资源浪费、结构失调等问题,这与新形式下的单位发展不相适应。本文对事业单位人力资源现状进行了分析,提出了改善人力资源管理的途径和办法,以便发挥人力资源管理的作用,促进事业单位科学有序的发展。
Human resource management is a common concern and concern of enterprises and public institutions, and relates to whether a unit can develop soundly and healthily. With the development of economy and the progress of the times, most of the institutions in our country have problems such as obsolete models, brain drain, waste of resources and structural imbalances in human resource management. This is incompatible with the development of units under the new form. This article analyzes the status quo of human resources in public institutions, and puts forward ways and means of improving human resources management in order to give play to the role of human resources management and promote the scientific and orderly development of public institutions.
