业已表明,添加钪会对铝及铝合金的组织与性能产生明显的影响。钪是铝合金铸造晶粒组织最强的变性剂,最强的抗再结晶剂和最强的强化剂(计算加入量为0.1%)。添加锆可增强与稳定钪的作用。曾研究了用钪与锆进行合金化的铝合金的工业生产,以及研究了其形变半成品的生产工艺。就钪合金化的铝合金的综合试验性能而言,要明显超过传统的铝合金。
It has been shown that addition of scandium can have a significant effect on the microstructure and properties of aluminum and aluminum alloys. Scandium is the strongest denaturing agent for grain casting of aluminum alloys, the strongest anti-recrystallization agent and the strongest reinforcing agent (calculated as 0.1% added). Zirconium can be added to enhance and stabilize the role of scandium. The industrial production of aluminum alloy alloyed with scandium and zirconium has been studied, and the production process of its deformed semifinished product has been studied. In terms of the comprehensive testing performance of scandium-alloyed aluminum alloy, it is obviously more than the conventional aluminum alloy.
